1) Is the shipping free of charge to my door?
Yes. As we ship thousands of packages to North America and Europe (Our key market been The UK & USA). We enjoy low shipping charges from our shipping company. We absorb the shipping charges & pass the saving to you. We ship all our packages by Air mode(non-express).

2) How long does it take for my order to reach me?
Upon receiving of your order, your package will be put on an Airplane within 24hrs and ship by air to the Logistic Airhub in your country. It will take a around 1-5 days to clear your local Custom & Quarantine. After clearing Custom the package will be sorted & delivered to your home by your local postal service. Below is a snap shot of the estimated time taken base on our experience.
North-America : 98% of packages take less then 10 working days to reach you
Europe : 98% of packages take less than 7 working days to reach you.
Asia : 98% of packages take less than 7 working days to reach you.
Australia & New Zealand : 98% of packages take less han 7 working days to reach you. Note : The remaining 2% might experience slight delays due to various factor such as bad weather delaying flight,canceled flight, postal sevice heavy workload, natural disaster etc.
